Saburo's

A place I have visited many times that i recommend for everyone is the sushi restaurant 'Saburo's.
They have fresh roll fish and many kinds of sushi, all food is made when you order. It is the best way to eat sushi.

Saburo's location is "1667 SE Bybee Blvd,Portland OR.There phone number is (503)236-4237.You can't book the seat,so you need to come as early as possible to wait in line.I think I usually wait over 35 min, even though I always arrive at 5 o'clock. When you arrive, you see many people waiting outside .You can find the signin book near the door and put your name, how many people. After that you can cross street to Starbucks drink coffee for waiting.

How to get Saburo's ? You can take 19 bus and get off "SE Bybee"&17th. After you get off ,you just cross the street and you will see many people are waiting in line . They also have websit www.Saburos.co .

Saburo's has special of the week mean , so If you don't know what to order you can look at the special . Personally , I recommend Nigiri ,and deep fried shrimp head.

The sushi size is so big, just like your hand.Even though the roll is so big,you don't feel sick of the sushi.Because it is made fresh , you can taste the fish so fresh and natural sweet.
Their price is cheap.Compared with sushi land, Saburo's is just a little bit more expensive, but the sushi size, freshness, and taste is totally better than sushi land. And also they include the tip of 18% inside the bill. But I think it is a good value considenly the quailty, servise, and taste.
Saburo's is the best sushi restaurant in Portland,I personally recommend it to everyone when you are in Portland. You will know what sushi really is, and how much better it then other sushi restaurant.

  1. Yum! I want to go there right now! I love that you included photos of the sushi. It is clear to see that he sushi at Saburo's is bigger and fresher than at other places. You did a great job capturing the whole experience of waiting in line and how you can pass the time at Starbucks. Good job including the website, address and phone number too!
